A few simple notes to help you feel confident for your first class.
Here’s what to bring and what to expect so you can walk in relaxed and ready to enjoy the experience.

Arrive a little early
Plan to check in 10–15 minutes before class so we can show you the studio, the Mega Pro, and how to set up for a strong first session.

Learn and Burn
Try our introductory class called “Learn & Burn” to ease into the shakes.

Grip socks
Sticky socks keep you stable and safe on the machine. Bring your own or purchase a pair at the front desk.

Hydrate and dress light
You’ll work slow-twitch muscle to fatigue — expect to shake. Light layers and water are your friends.

We’ve got you
Our instructors cue every move and offer modifications. Listen to your body, ask questions, and take breaks when you need them.
